Carolyn Gray
Carolyn Gray is a Winnipeg theatre artist, puppeteer, playwright, and creative writing instructor. She is a winner of the John Hirsch Award for Most Promising Manitoba Writer and the Manitoba Day Award. Her plays have been produced by Theatre Projects Manitoba, zone41 Theatre, the Winnipeg International Children’s Festival, and many independent theatre companies. She is also the author of the biography Dean Gunnarson: The Making of an Escape Artist (Great Plains) and is particularly interested in mystery and magic. She is currently working on a new play based on a true Canadian cold case.
