Jeanette Lynes

Jeanette Lynes has published half a dozen collections of poetry, including A Woman Alone on the Atikokan Highway and It’s Hard Being Queen: The Dusty Springfield Poems. This year, she is releasing a poetry collection, The New Blue Distance (Wolsak & Wynn), and a debut novel, The Factory Voice (Coteau). Lynes has held writer-in-residence positions in Saskatoon and Dawson Creek BC, and is in demand for creative writing workshops, including the Sage Hill Writing Experience and the Banff Centre writing programs. She lives in Antigonish NS where she is an English professor at St Francis Xavier University.
