JonArno Lawson
JonArno Lawson has published two books of poetry and aphorisms for adults: Love Is an Observant Traveler and Inklings. His first book for young readers, The Man in the Moon-Fixer’s Mask, was an honour book for the 2005 Lion and Unicorn Award for Excellence in North American Poetry. His second book for kids, Black Stars in a White Night Sky, won that award in 2007. He compiled and edited “Inside Out: children’s poets discuss their work” for Walker Books in England. His newest title is A Voweller’s Bestiary (Porcupine’s Quill), a book of animal lipograms for children. JonArno Lawson lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
