Nicole Markotić
Nicole Markotić’s first book of fiction was Yellow Pages, and she has two poetry books, Connect the Dots, and Minotaurs & Other Alphabets. She has edited and produced many chapbooks, and has had several published as well, including more excess which won the bpNichol Chapbook Award in 1998. She recently edited By Word of Mouth, a collection of poetry by Dennis Cooley, and co-edited INTERSECTIONS: The Problem Body in Film with Sally Chivers. Her new novel is Scrapbook of My Years as a Zealot (Arsenal Pulp). Nicole Markotić moved recently from Calgary to southern Ontario and teaches literature, creative writing, and disability studies at the University of Windsor.
